Our business is located on the East Coast in the United States of America. However we accept orders from anywhere in the world! However International orders are accepted for Download Versions only. With the exception of Canada, we ship printed manuals to Canada via Priority Mail. No additional charge for location; rather you're in the UK, Canada, and Australia or anywhere for that matter.  Keep in mind all manuals are in English unless otherwise stated. Casio Cash register manuals are sometimes in English and Spanish

Is the ordering process automated?

When you order a download of a manual, our software automatically emails you an invoice of your order. this email is where your download link will be at, you must scroll down close to the bottom of that email to receive the link

What will I be downloading?

Most manuals are compressed in a package that is and .exe file, when you download this onto your computer, just run the program and it will put the manual on your computer, as well as a link on your desktop to open the manual. The 1000 bonus files are accessible via our Free Browser Toolbar, so the exe file will install that program also. It has be verified by Download.com and is spyware free! Plus it will give you access to watch major television network thru your web browser. If you do not want this toolbar it can easily be uninstalled via your control panel. I use a MAC, do you support me?

Some of the manuals are exe files that are for PC computer, however we STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL PDF FILE. Mac's CAN READ PDF files. After you place your order contact us to request a link that will work with MAC computers.
